Global AES Humanitarian Response Foundation (“the Foundation”) is a Section 8 company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, established in the year 2026 to cater to the CSR activities of Ashoka Emergency services Private Limited which is meant for humanitarian assistance, disaster response, emergency preparedness, and public welfare activities on a non-profit basis. The Foundation’s core objective is to build an integrated ecosystem for training, capacity building, and execution of disaster preparedness and emergency response projects.

To design, implement, and manage training programs, capacity-building initiatives, disaster preparedness projects, emergency response operations, and research-based interventions, while fostering multi-stakeholder collaboration and digital learning ecosystems, to build resilient institutions and communities capable of effectively preparing for, responding to, and recovering from disasters.

To emerge as a center of excellence in humanitarian response, disaster preparedness, and emergency management by fostering National and international collaboration among emergency services, creating a comprehensive virtual learning and training ecosystem, and leveraging technology, innovation, and sustainable practices to strengthen community resilience, institutional capacity, and emergency response systems across the world.

  • To provide rescue, relief, and emergency response services during accidents, disasters, and other emergencies.
  • To conduct training programmes in first aid, disaster preparedness, fire safety, and other emergency skills for the public and volunteers.
  • To carry out social welfare and awareness activities relating to public safety, health, hygiene, and community preparedness.

– To collaborate with government bodies, NGO’s Domestic and International institute and other agencies for post crisis Management and  for rescue operations, training, and welfare initiatives.

The Foundation is currently in its establishment phase, focusing on organisational setup, programme design, partnership development, and volunteer mobilisation. Full-scale implementation of projects is planned in the upcoming financial periods. We are actively inviting partnerships and collaborations and are developing customised training programmes to meet diverse disaster preparedness and emergency response training needs.
